Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Roll out one pie crust and gently press it into a 9-inch pie dish.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, combine the sliced apples, granulated sugar, brown sugar, flour, cinnamon, nutmeg, and lemon juice. Toss until the apples are evenly coated.
