Our brisket is prepared using time-honored Central Texas techniques. We season it with a simple yet flavorful rub, then smoke it low and slow over local sweet wood. This process ensures a tender, juicy brisket with a perfect bark and deep smoky flavor.

Great BBQ is about using the best ingredients – including BBQ competition meats, and competition dry rubs. The seasonings we use have been perfected from a lifetime of trial and error by Champion Pit Masters. The rubs we use in our BBQ have won World Championships.
