Positions Available:
- Pit Master/Chef/Manager: Responsible for the Day to day management and preparation and cooking of our signature BBQ dishes. Must have experience with smoking meats and grill management and restaurant management.
- Kitchen Staff: Assist the Grill Master with food prep, maintain kitchen cleanliness, and ensure that all health and safety standards are met.
- Wait Staff: Provide exceptional customer service, take orders accurately, and ensure guests have a memorable dining experience.
- Bartender: Mix and serve beverages, manage inventory, and maintain a clean and welcoming bar area.
- Host/Hostess: Greet guests warmly, manage reservations and seating arrangements, and assist with general inquiries.
