Great BBQ, we have traveled all around the United States and sampled great BBQ from the States of TX, TN, NC, SC, GA, FL. CO, CA, IA, MO, KS, NY, NJ, PA, VA, LA, NH, MA, MS, KY.  Our BBQ roots are Meats for BBQ competition, our meats have won World Championships, Countless State Championships and hundreds of local Kansas City BBQ Society BBQ competitions. Our passion is to supply competition BBQ meats to BBQ competitors and then see them win!

BBQ Ingredients

Great BBQ is about using the best ingredients – competition meats, and competition dry rubs. Top Competition BBQ Pit Masters, World Champions, use the same meats that we use for our BBQ! We smoke meat to perfection; that’s what it is about for us. Our meats are the best available, the seasonings we use have been perfected from a lifetime of trial and error by Champion Pit Masters. The rubs we use in our BBQ have won World Championships like the Houston Livestock and Rodeo and Memphis in May.
