Great Meat and passion for BBQ
As lifelong BBQ fans, we grew up knowing and loving great meat, but when we decided to make our passion into a business, we knew we needed to be experts.So we hit the BBQ circuit, talking to competitors about where they get their meat, the secrets to telling the difference between superb cuts and stuff that’s just pretty good, and, of course, how to prepare meat so that it comes out perfect every time.
We listened, We learned. We ate a lot of great BBQ, and made some great friends. In 2013, we launched our mail-order business, Huntspoint.com, sourcing our meat from farms and ranches we learned about on the competitive BBQ circuit, and supplying many of the same top teams we’d met during our many trips to BBQ contests.
Competition BBQ
Many BBQ contests have been won with our meat, our meats have won World Championships and countless state championships both by teams that already had championships under their belt, and some who made the leap from middle of the pack to the podium when they started using our meat.
